About me

Hello I’m Tracey,

Welcome to my hypnotherapy website and as you continue to read you will find out how hypnotherapy can help you.

Firstly, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist based in Howden, East Yorkshire and I trained with Yorkshire Hypnotherapy Training. I have always enjoyed helping others as I am a caring and compassionate person.

Previously, I worked in schools as a Playgroup Worker, Teaching Assistant, Higher Level Teaching Assistant and also a Learning Support Unit Manager for pre-school children and children aged between 11 and 16 who had learning difficulties, social problems and behavioural issues. I have also worked in HR and Pensions as an administrator.

I have always been a good listener, people have always been relaxed around me and tell me their worries and concerns and ask for advice. Therefore, my choice to train as a hypnotherapist was another way to help people as hypnotherapy can help you with whatever issues you need to resolve so you can move forward more positively.

I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
I have a certificate in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) skills
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
I am listed in the Hypnotherapy Register.
I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)

It is important to choose a qualified hypnotherapist who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of hypnotherapy.

You can check whether a hypnotherapist is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) by searching the register at www.cnhc.org.uk. By choosing hypnotherapists registered with the CNHC you can be confident that they are properly trained, qualified and insured.
